This is a 3 x 3 thank you card that I had made (in bulk) for my Mary Kay customers. The only thing is, is that the stamp set I used is not from CTMH. But all other products are. The cardstock is White Daisy and Cranberry, the ink is Cranberry and I used a Bitty Sparkle to give it just a touch of pizzaz.

I'm Back!

Well after a long two years I have finally finished school. Well, almost. I still have to take my CMBS exam but other than that, I'm done! So hopefully now I will have more time to post. It's been since March since I last posted and I'm going to try to be more regular about it. So, with no further delays there are quite a few things I wish to touch on in this post.

First and foremost-the new CTMH catalog has been released and there is a ton of stuff in it that I know everyone is going to want. For instance, the new Cricut Artiste cartridge!!! Lots of great 3-D crafts and projects there. As you know, CTMH does not do anything without it being great for the customer so you will also get 3 sheets of dimensional die-cuts as well as 3 (exclusive to the bundle) stamp sets!!!! This is all for $99! Can you believe it? A cartridge like this (700 images) usually retails for $79.99 on Cricut.com, but with the three size C stamps sets ($17.95 value A PIECE), and the die-cuts....well you are getting an excellent deal, lets just say that!

We have also changed out our markers for new alcohol-based markers! Not to mention, you buy one you get a second marker in a shade lighter or darker than the original. That is two markers for the price of $5.95!!! Copics can't even touch that price. I'm not saying these are Copics, I'm just saying that they are an alcohol-based marker LIKE Copics, but they are not the same brand at all.

What else....oh yes, and if you want to be a demonstrator OR a hobbiest to get the discount, you can now sign-up for only $49!!! That gives you crafting products with a few business supplies. If you wish to sign on as an actual demonstrator you can purchase the essential and the executive kits for a total of $99 which is the normal sign-on cost. Not a bad deal. (Don't forget to add shipping and tax).

The catalog features new card kits, new WOTG kits, a Halloween Party kit, and so much more. Check it out on my website or e-mail me for a hard copy.

That's all for now. I hope to check in with you all very soon!

Have a great day!
M.

Are you ready?

Spring is here! Or just around the corner anyway.....I'm starting up a spring scrapbooking club that will start in April (date to be determined at first meeting) and I will be hosting a meeting on Friday, March 30th at 6:30 pm (at my home) for anyone that is interested in signing up.
We will decide at that time what day/night of the month works best for everyone. I will explain what scrapbook club is, what is expected of each other, what basic supplies you may need to bring, the fee ladder for project kits (various price points for various kits).  We will pick the hostesses of each month at this time.  I would like to start off with 6 participants so please bring a friend. Anyone that brings a friend that is not on my facebook friends list or in my contacts in my e-mail that signs up for the club will recieve a free gift from me!
Please message me with your interest or post below. I will answer any questions you may have! Also, I will be sending out a newsletter the first of each month so if you are interested in receiving it please message me your e-mail address. If you recieve the newsletter and you wish not to, you may opt out at any time.
Mark your calendars!!! March 30 @ 6:30 pm. First meeting! Mary's house. If you have an adhesive please bring it with as we will be making a make-n-take card. If not that is fine, too.
Looking forward to it! Any questions, reach out and ask me!!!!
Thanks,
Mary

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know...I'm slacking....not enough time in a day.

So January was a quiet month for me. I haven't had much time to scrap therefore no pics. I did, however, finish off a few layouts that I did in November, I just had to add pictures so I got some of those done and I'm going to post pics of those. Once I get my scrap room cleaned (yeah, I'm one of THOSE messy scrappers-how can anyone not be?) I will share pictures of my room once that is done. My room isn't so big, especially since I share it with my hubby and his big 'ol desk, but it's still a functional space for me and it's right off the kitchen so if I need additional table space I have it; it's so convienent! Beats being up in my bedroom and having to call it quits when Justin goes to bed. For instance, last night I was up until 3am and I got some stuff done that I wouldn't have been able to do if I were upstairs. Anywho....rambling.

Ok, so here's a few pictures of the products from the Fall/Winter 2011 Idea Book. The first layout (l/o) is from the Elemental paper pack (olive, blue tones, creme brulee, cocoa). This paper pack is still available until the END of the Spring/Summer Idea Book (IB). After that it will be discontinued. The second photo uses the Sonoma papers. It is more formal, girly, but there are a few papers that would work for male themed layouts or cards. It showcases purples, olive, creams, and cocoa colors. Then pictures three and four are both the Wonderland papers (blues, greys, white, lavender). I can't seem to find my outdoor winter pics that is why the last l/o is without pictures. I really wanted outdoor snow pics for both layouts but I worked with what I had.(Wonderland is now discontinued but Sonoma is still available until the end of this IB).

Well, that's all that I have for now. I will try to update this more frequently. If anyone is interested in hosting a home gathering (no cost to you), feel free to contact me for more info!!!

Have a blessed day!

Mary
